Hungry! 

They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

You've probably heard the ridiculous explanation before ... one boy (John 6:8) takes out his packed lunch and teaches the other 4999 men about sharing.  Reluctantly they open up their own packed lunches and the mass sharing exercise results in an abundance left over!!!

Surely, in the end,  it is much easier to believe that what is recorded is actually what took place. 
This was a miracle ... a supernatural, unexplainable event.  This is what the insurers might call 'an Act of God'!

Our God is an awesome God ... He supplies us with everything we need, with more to spare.

It all begins with one simple act of giving ... a boy and a packed lunch ... faith as small as a mustard seed.
